Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to – birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

When renting a wet unit, please have a hose that will reach the setup area. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags, or drilled into the concrete using special anchors. 

GRASS WITH STAKES IS ALWAYS THE SAFEST AND PREFERED METHOD

Upon booking, a 25% deposit is required to secure your rental for the day and time you’ve selected. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel the reservation 14 days prior to your rental date. Canceling within 14 days of the rental date, you will then lose your deposit, unless of inclement weather, (“Chance of showers” is not termed for cancelation) you may reschedule or your deposit can be refunded.

If you cancel within 5 business days of your event you will owe the entire amount due. All cancellations must be made in writing via text/email. 

If there’s no deposit received, Colchester Party Rentals can’t guarantee that your date and time will stay reserved. Deposits can be made via the payment link with a credit/debit card online that will be included in the confirmation email.

The following are NOT reasons for cancellation by either party and no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Chance of showers or Thunder Showers
  • Function cancellation within 14 days of the rental date.
  • Once an Inflatable or any rented unit is delivered, all rentals are final.

We will contact you the day before your reservation. In the case of inclement weather, (“Chance of showers” is not termed for cancelation”) We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation (at no penalty to you) if there are heavy rains or high winds (over 20 mph). If it rains the morning of your event we will wait until rain stops before we can setup. Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern.

If you decides to cancel the event AND there was an official warning issued for your area due to the extreme weather conditions (i.e. hurricanes, floods, thunderstorms, tornados, etc.), Colchester Party Rentals will issue a refund for any deposit/payment made regarding the event.

In case of the rescheduling request more than 2 days prior the event date, Colchester Party Rentals will update its schedule according to the following rule: If the new date and time slot is available for booking, the booking will be transferred to the new date and time. There is no rescheduling fee for successful rescheduling. If the new date and time slot is not available, Colchester Party Rentals reserves the right to keep the deposit and the booking will be canceled. Colchester Party Rentals will refund any amount made on top of the 25% deposit.

In case of the rescheduling requested by the client less than 2 days prior to the event date, Colchester Party Rentals will act according to the following rule: If the new date and time slot is available for booking, the booking will be transferred to the new date and time. If the new date and time slot is not available, Colchester Party Rentals will retain the full amount but will refund any tip amounts added to the invoice.
